Please arrive 10 minutes prior to your appointment. We schedule appointments according to our specialist's availability and specialty. If you are running late, please let us know and we will do our best to accommodate you. Arriving late will likely limit the time allocated for your service; it will lessen the effectiveness and most importantly your pleasure and enjoyment. Due to the exclusivity of our boutique we request that you do not arrive no earlier than 15 minutes. prior to your appointment. As a courtesy to all clients our treatments are completed as scheduled.

Cancellations of all spa services require a 24-hour notice. A $50 fee will be charged if this requirement is not met. Thank you for your consideration and understanding. Gratuities are not included in the price of services and are greatly appreciated. Suggestions are always welcomed.

Absolutely no children under the age of 12 are allowed unless receiving services. You will be asked to reschedule if you bring your child. We are very firm  about this rule.

 

 

Effective October 1, 2011 all services booked online by clients are subject  to a 10% decrease in pricing due to self online booking. Please book responsibly. If you need a online appointment tutorial please call 404-856-0487 and someone will walk you through the online booking process. Repeat cancellations are subject to prepayment of services. We are a very time management oriented company and strive to consistently stay prompt with our appointments. Double booking is not allowed. Please respect our time, as we will continuously respect yours.
